Here's the project I'm currently working on. It's a market bag made with Lion Brand cotton, and it's almost finished. I found another market bag pattern I'd like to try, too, as soon as I'm done with this one.

Things we're working on

I don't know about anybody else, but I've become rather obsessed with making these Fiber Trends felted clogs. I've made several pairs, ranging in size from infant to men's. The children's are especially fun, because you can make a pair in about six hours. Here are the latest ones I've made, pre and post felting.

Welcome!

Welcome to our new blog! We would like to start sharing with everyone what we're doing at Old MacDonald's Craft Barn, and let you know about new yarn we've received, sales we're having, and any upcoming classes we're offering, for anyone in the local area who might be interested. We do have some new yarns from Sirdar that will be arriving soon, and we'll let you know when it comes in. They even have some brand-new yarn which was showcased in San Diego a couple of weeks ago, and we'll be receiving that as soon as it arrives in their warehouse. And also some fun sock yarn that we felt we had to have in every color.

We're new at blogging, so we'll be a work in progress for a bit until we learn how to post pictures and such, but hopefully we'll be a place where you'll enjoy visiting often.
